Background

Earos’s mission is to protect the world’s ears through the use of a sleek and sophisticated sound attenuator. Part of my role at the company was to showcase that health & style can go hand in hand.

role & process

During my time at Earos, I took charge of various responsibilities, including art direction, campaign content creation, social media rollout and post strategy, ad campaigns, reporting analytics, deck presentations, and partnerships. Additionally, I provided support in celebrity and influencer marketing, website design and development updates, graphic design as well as organizing in-person events.

As I joined the company in its early startup phase, I had the opportunity to create brand-new content from scratch. To ensure a successful approach to content creation, we adopted an analytical and thoughtful mindset, striving to produce polished, educational, timeless, sophisticated, and aspirational content.

Our process for achieving optimal brand and market positioning began with thorough market research and analysis. This guided the creation of our key performance indicators (KPIs) and formed the foundation for our storytelling strategy centered around the brand's core target KPIs. Subsequently, we developed mood boards to establish the desired look, feel, and results for the content and brand.

Once the vision and mission for the brand's content were determined, I took a central role in coordinating, casting, styling, and directing photo and video shoots to build the company's asset library. Additionally, I provided support in graphic design and final editing. We then implemented a comprehensive rollout plan for these assets, which continue to be utilized across ad campaigns, pop-ups, retail spaces, and social media.

It was a pleasure to work in close collaboration with Ronnie Madra, Earos Founder and Co-Founder of the hospitality chain in ownership of 1OAK, Up&Down, and Bistro Leo. During my time with the brand, I worked closely with No Ordinary Agency (NOA), Beekman Social, and Photographers Michelle Swan and Tomas Herold. A few key partnerships built during my time with Earos were The Standard, Sixty Hotels, Rockwell Miami, Gospel and Wall Miami.
